Refund policy

Preorders returns: If you changed your mind about a preorder product you purchased, you will receive a partial refund as a percentage is charged for restocking the product.

Custom order cancelations: At this point, Two Little Hands Co. does not issue a refund, return or exchange to a custom ordered product after 3 days of placing the order.

Order cancellations: Please feel free to email us at (help.twolittlehands@gmail.com) with your order number, full name, and reasons for why you would like to cancel an order, TLH Co. will proceed at our full discretion.
